School Ski Perform Better Camps (all abilities accepted)

The Apex Schools' Ski Perform Better Camps will provide key on-snow ski coaching to junior and senior school teams or groups. Our camps are designed for motivated, passionate and enthusiastic skiers, who regardless of their existing level are looking to perform better both on and off the slopes, whilst also having fun! The programme has been developed in collaboration with our Alpine Performance Director, Sasha Rearick and our Director of Sport, Sir Clive Woodward. These camps are separate to the Apex Academy programme, but build upon the same principals and fundamentals of skiing. They are designed for school groups and not for individual sign ups.

Camp Highlights
Fun and the enjoyment of skiing are the foundations of this camp. The group will be divided into same ability groups. Coaching consists of 5 hours per day on skis with the possibility of passing the ESF étoile test or GSCE ski exam at the end of the week. This camp includes workshops from the Apex Perform Better programme, such as: Brain Fitness – developing an understanding and cognitive strategies to assist with performance. Sleep and Recovery – how the body works and strategies for improving performance.
Packages
Premium and standard camps are available.
Camps include airport transfers, full board accommodation, lift passes, ski coaching, ski hire and free teacher places.
A number of additional sessions can be provided, including mountain safety, first aid, ski servicing, athletic development, post-ski recovery as well as a variety of fun off-the-slopes activities!
