The Apex Rugby Perform Better Camps have been developed in collaboration with our Director of Sport, Sir Clive Woodward, and the former GB Rugby Sevens Captain, Tom Mitchell. Up to 4 schools can participate per camp, creating a collaborative training format that will take your pre-season preparations to a whole new level. The concept enables teams to train with competitive opposition, providing your squad with a completely different edge to their regular pre-season preparations. A truly unique touring opportunity, where the sharing and crossover of ideas is just as valuable for your coaching staff as for your players.

Tignes is an established and reputable high altitude training location. It is already the chosen training venue for many Top 14 French rugby teams and numerous other professional teams.
The rugby training facilities are unbeatable and the activities available in Tignes will only enhance each players all-round experience and tour.
Your players will tread in the same footsteps as many professional rugby heroes, both in terms of their on-field training and off-pitch activities.
PERFORM BETTER
All players will be exposed to the unique Apex Perform Better Programme during the camp. This includes educational resources that have been developed by world-leading experts in collaboration with the International Baccalaureate. Our aim is that the players will leave camp with new friends, new skills, and a fresh outlook on performance for the school year ahead. Armed with both the theoretical understanding and practical solutions to being a high performer in any area they choose.
